Squat Curl to Overhead Press

This is a total body workout all by itself! You grab a dumbbell in each hand and stand as if you are performing a squat with extra weight. Then you move into the squat and hold for a second. Move from this back into the starting position. Perform curls with both hands simultaneously. Now push both arms above your head, performing a classic overhead press.
