Overhead Press

Start out like you are going to do a curl. Work one arm at a time. Raise the dumbbell upwards like you are going curl it, but keep on going. Extend the weight straight up above your head. Keep your back straight and head facing forward. Pause at the top and slowly return to the starting position. A 2-handed press is possible with 2 dumbbells or a barbell.
